A: No, we only sell our products to businesses with a valid Seller's Permit. We do not sell our products to individuals.

Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges

Q: Is it possible for me to get free shipping on my orders?

A:  Yes, we offer free shipping if your order is equal to or greater than a total of $500, you reside in the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), and if your order does not contain any butane products.*

 

*If your order contains butane products, the shipping cost will be determined by the weight of the butane product only, not your entire order.

 

Q: What carrier is used to deliver my orders?

A: Our main carrier is UPS Ground, however we can offer other carriers and services as per your request (in addition to possible extra costs).

 

Q: How long does it take to ship my order?

A: Typically, it takes 1-2 business days to ship your order. 

 

Q: How do I qualify for a return or exchange?

A: We accept returns and exchanges if your products are damaged or different from what you ordered. You may return unused or undamaged product in their original packaging within 7 business days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
